What customers say?

“ If you come from MRT station, it's located at the corner opposite of your vantage point, so it can be easily missed. I ordered the ramen one and it's awesome! the taste was umami, the aroma was great. I loved it! and yeah, it doesnt have a dedicated space for dine in. the food will be cooked once you order, so you need to wait for quite some time. but fortunately they use a platform for ordering and you can check your order status there. one more, it is halal certified! ”

“ At first, I wasn’t even sure if Wok Hey was still around — the last time I visited in 2024, the stall had already been replaced by another tenant. Turns out, they just relocated within the same food court! Now they’ve got these self-ordering machines, which make things super easy. You can customize your order right there — choose whether you want it spicy or not, with veggies or without. Very convenient! I ordered the Egg Fried Rice and Fresh Udon, and both were ready in less than five minutes. I brought them back to the hotel, and they were still hot and delicious. The flavors were great, and the portions were quite generous too. It’s also halal-certified, so it’s safe for Muslim customers. And honestly, it was so good that I ended up ordering it two days in a row — once just wasn’t enough! Wok Hey never disappoints — definitely one of those places I’ll always go back to whenever I’m in Singapore. ”

“ Very tasty fried rice with generous portions of ingredients and perfect portion for one. I tried the egg fried rice with shrimp, and the egg made it soo fragrant and the shrimp were juicy and tender. Alongside that, I got the Shanghai fried rice with grilled chicken, and it was also very delicious with chunks of chicken around. Ordered to go, and the takeaway boxes were very convenient and neat to eat from. Would recommend eating it. ”

“ ordered 1x shanghai fried rice and 1x egg fried rice, shanghai fried rice was sadly made wrongly as egg fried rice, so i spoke to their customer service team regarding this issue. the issue was quickly resolved and the customer service team was very responsive, upon verifying the receipt and pictures i have provided, the complimentary e-voucher was given. glad that the issue was solved immediately. ”

“ Good option for takeaway! Easy to eat as everything is just in 1 box, and the ingredients are not bad - they use short grain rice!! You can expect some wait here as they fry each order individually, but there’s an online app for you to place your order before collecting. Gave 4 stars (to be accurate, would give 3.5) as there’s room for improvement on the flavor of the egg fried rice - would like if there’s more wokhey taste in the fried rice and slightly more flavor! Update: Tried out the Shanghai fried rice per Wok-hey suggestions! It was fragrant and definitely had slightly more flavor than the egg fried rice. However, I do still think my earlier opinion stands. More room for improvement on the wokhey taste and flavor :( Update v2: Tried out the fried udon too per suggestions. This one gets a thumbs up from me and my colleagues!!! The stir fried udon was fragrant and flavorful!!! Portion is pretty good too. This one I will definitely repurchase. ”

“ Visited the mall and ordered lunch from here on CNY. Despite the busy period, the stall was being manned entirely by 1 gentleman . His service was excellent and I received my food before time. ”

“ The go to standard for fast food like fried rice.Actually the fried rice is very decent. I prefer this to King of fried rice. Cannot go wrong. Even thou I ordered the most basic option, still delicious. ”

“ I've tried the ramen, udon, and both fried rice. The flavoring is quite similar between them, with the exception of Shanghai fried rice which quite bland for my taste. The queue wasn't that long, only 10-15 minutes for me. The cooks are very fast, but not as fast as me gulping the food in two minutes flat ”
